Similar to a lot of others, I started here at C&B with little to no experience in the field. I approached this new opportunity with an open mind in hopes of learning enough to be great at my job. I was immediately given the tools I needed to grow and succeed, alongside a TEAM FULL of supporters. Everyone in this company is each others own cheerleader. The open work environment makes it easy for me to be myself and that truly is so hard to find. I am eager to grow here at C&B and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
