b. 3–5 years: 160 hours of PTO, begins on employee’s 2nd anniversary (start of year 3)
c. 5+ years: 200 hours of PTO, begins on employee’s 5th anniversary (start of year 6)

Fitness Membership Reimbursement:

• If you are interested in signing up for a gym membership (brick & mortar and virtual memberships both included), C&B Complete Cleaning & Construction will reimburse you for six months of your membership or $300 towards your gym fees if 6 months is greater than $300.
• You are eligible for this benefit after 6 months of employment and you can request this once per year.
