8 Paid Holidays Every Year:

1 Unpaid Holiday:

  • Black Friday – C&B office will be closed on Black Friday. Employees may use PTO to cover the hours. Those that want to work the day or to work as a second on-call team will need to sign up with the Office Manager by Nov. 15th.

Insurance:

  • Health, Vision & Dental.
  • $2600/yearly toward employee coverage.

Simple IRA:

  • C&B matches 3%.

Paid Time Off: hours can be used for PTO or sick time: Resets at each increment below. I.e. at 6 months if no PTO is used from before you get 4 total days not 6 days.

  • 3 months: 16 hours (2 days of PTO + 8 holidays = 10 paid days off)
  • 6 months: 32 hours (4 days of PTO + 8 holidays = 12 paid days off)
  • 1 year: 80 hours (10 days PTO + 8 holidays = 18 paid days off)
  • 2 years: 104 hours (13 days PTO + 8 holidays = 21 paid days off)
  • 3 years: 160 hours (20 days PTO + 8 holidays = 28 paid days off)
  • On your 5th, 10th, 15th (every 5 year interval):
    • A mandatory 3 business day consecutive paid vacation to be taken during these years and does not count against PTO. 31 paid days off during those years.

Fitness Membership Reimbursement:

  • If you are interested in signing up for a gym membership (brick & mortar and virtual memberships both included), C&B Complete Cleaning & Construction will reimburse you for six months of your membership or $300 towards your gym fees if 6 months is greater than $300.
  • You are eligible for this benefit after 6 months of employment and you can request this once per year.
