Renovation & Damage Repair

Renovation & Damage Repair Services

  • Starting the Process

Please call 302-436-9622 and ask to speak to our Renovations Coordinator. An initial walk through with your designated Project Manager will then be scheduled to assess the damage and gather an initial scope of work. The initial inspection is also the best time to express any specific concerns, changes, and or upgrades you will be making.

  • Proposal & Scheduling

Insurance Renovations The designated Project Manager will write an estimate based off specifically what your insurance company would owe to bring you back to pre-loss condition. She/He would then send your estimate to your insurance company. Your PM will also write a total estimate that includes the insurance estimate plus any changes or upgrades you may want to make. Once a scope of work is agreed on between you and C&B, a contract will be written. The contract will go over payment terms and draws throughout the renovation process. Private Renovations The designated Project Manager will write an estimate for your renovations. Once a scope of work is agreed on between you and C&B, a contract will be written. The contract will go over payment terms and draws throughout the renovation process. (Insurance) Selections & Scheduling: C&B will provide you with allowances in accordance to the agreed upon scope, in order for you to make your selections. We strongly recommend making your selections as soon as possible. Once we receive the first payment installment and your final selections, signed off, we will place you on our schedule. *Note: Insurance claims can often take a while to be processed. If the homeowner would like to expedite scheduling they can pay the first out-of-pocket & recoup that expense once the insurance company releases the funds.

  • Work Progress

From the beginning until the end of your renovations, you will be informed and updated on the progress of your work being completed and of any milestones and hiccups faced during the process. Your designated Project Manager will be the primary point of contact followed by our Susan, Renovations Coordinator. Our goal is to serve you with the highest quality customer service and workmanship that we can. Please communicate thoroughly about all of your concerns along with praises throughout our build back process!

  • Wrap Up

A final walk through with the designated Project Manager to your job will be scheduled after our final completion day to address any concerns and give us feedback on how we can continue to improve our workmanship. Our C&B team wants the final product to WOW you. All of your concerns in areas that we performed work in that we need to fix or touch up, we want you to express them during the process. Especially if there are still concerns after the completion date, we want to know.
