C&B easily became my home away from home, my family. When I moved to Delaware, I knew only one person and C&B welcomed me into the family without hesitation. The team and the family environment quickly became one of my favorite things about C&B. It is still incredible to see the amount of teamwork and support we have for each other in all areas of life. From the very first day, I not only got the opportunity to learn about an industry that I knew nothing about, but I got the chance to learn about teamwork, community service, and myself. Through all the opportunities at C&B, I have been able to grow tremendously as a person – both professionally and on a personal level. I am forever grateful for the things that I have learned and all the things I know that I will continue to learn with C&B.
